User Data Deletion

You can ask us, at any time, to permanently delete your MS SO98 Beauty account and the personal data we hold about you. There is no charge and no question asked.

How to request deletion

Immediately, on your own: sign in, open My account and choose Delete my account. Everything described below happens at once.

To avoid losing an order, deletion is refused while any order linked to your account is still in progress (awaiting payment, paid, being prepared or out for delivery). Once all your orders are delivered or cancelled you can delete your account; if you need it sooner, write to us. Orders placed without an account are not linked to your account: they never block deletion, and only those already delivered or cancelled are anonymised.

1. Send an email to contact@msso98beauty.com from the email address linked to your account.
2. Use the subject line: “Account deletion request”.
3. We confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email, name, profile picture) and referral code.
• Your saved addresses, bag, wishlist, loyalty points and beauty advisor profile.
• Your product reviews, including the name shown on them.
• Your reorder reminders and back-in-stock alerts.
• Your newsletter subscription.
• Authentication tokens and sessions (Google, Facebook, magic-link).

What we anonymise and keep

We are legally required to keep order records for up to 10 years under Cambodian Commercial Code and tax law. When your account is deleted, on every order linked to it (or placed without an account with your email address) we replace your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and delivery note with neutral placeholders. We keep only the order number, date, status, items and amounts, for accounting purposes; they are no longer linked to you.

Order notifications already sent to our team (by email or internal messaging) are outside this automatic process. If you want them erased as well, say so in your request.

Leaving the newsletter only

Every newsletter email contains an Unsubscribe link that removes your address from the list right away, without deleting your account.

Deletion via Facebook Login

If you signed in with Facebook and want to disconnect your Facebook account from MS SO98 Beauty:

1. Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
2. Find MS SO98 Beauty in the list and click Remove.
3. Then email us at contact@msso98beauty.com so we delete your account on our side too.
