User Data Deletion

You can ask us, at any time, to permanently delete your MS SO98 Beauty account and the personal data we hold about you. There is no charge and no question asked.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to contact@msso98beauty.com from the email address linked to your account.
2. Use the subject line: “Account deletion request”.
3. We confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email, name, profile picture).
• Your wishlist, loyalty points, beauty advisor profile.
• Authentication tokens (Google, Facebook, magic-link sessions).
• Marketing preferences and any saved address.

What we may keep

We are legally required to keep order records (invoice amounts, dates, products) for up to 10 years under Cambodian Commercial Code and tax law. These records are anonymised (your name and contact details are removed) and stored only for accounting purposes — they cannot be used to identify you.

Deletion via Facebook Login

If you signed in with Facebook and want to disconnect your Facebook account from MS SO98 Beauty:

1. Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
2. Find MS SO98 Beauty in the list and click Remove.
3. Then email us at contact@msso98beauty.com so we delete your account on our side too.
